The first song this week is in honor of Jeff Goldblum. I’m going to see him play live jazz tonight in Los Feliz. Last time, his band included James King from Fitz and The Tantrums. Can’t wait to see them again tonight!
Earstrip – Please, One More!
This is a tune that showed up in my Discover Weekly playlist. The song is definitely groovy, but I’ll admit it was the RawrGroove album art (with a lion) that got me!
Captain Hook & Astrix – Bungee Jump
Last weekend I went to an epic psy-trance show with Infected Mushroom, Astrix, and more. Not my usual cup of tea (it’s too fast!), but the energy was on another level. This song is a recent discovery – it mixes psy and some dirty electro bass.
