I’ve been a fan of Hell’s Kitchen for years. It’s my one reality TV show guilty pleasure. I try to rationalize the hours I’ve spent watching it by pretending it’s educational; maybe I’m learning something about cooking! If nothing else, the show is entertaining. You can’t get 10 minutes into an episode without Gordon dropping F-bombs left and right. He is _passionate_. With this production, I tried to capture Gordon’s energy and create a fresh sound, inspired by the legendary culinary competition. I hope you enjoy!
